Terms of Use
Effective September 4, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to leadtocall.net, a website operated by Dayapp Inc. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Website purpose
The website provides information about LEADTOCALL and allows business representatives to request a product demonstration. Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not create a service relationship.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the website. If you use the website for a company, you represent that you are authorized to act for that company.

When you request a demo, you agree to provide accurate information and not submit another person’s contact information without permission. If you affirmatively consent through the form, Dayapp Inc. may call or email you about LEADTOCALL and your demo request. You may withdraw that permission by telling us during a call or emailing day@dayapp.net.
A demo, proposal, or sales conversation does not obligate either party to purchase or provide the LEADTOCALL product.
